This includes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information and the basis for doing so.
This policy applies to information we collect on our Websites, in email, text and other electronic messages between you and these Websites.
We may revise and update this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter.
Your continued use of the Website following the posting of the revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes.

Tilma websites are scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
A variety of security measures have been implemented when a user makes a donation, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All credit card transactions are processed through a gateway provider and card data/information is not stored or processed on Tilma servers.
Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser when you visit a site. They serve a variety of functions, like enabling the Application to remember certain information you provided as you navigate between pages on the Services. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
Authentication, Personalization And Security. Cookies help Glass Canvas verify your Account and device and determine when you’re logged in, making it easier for you to access the Services and provide the appropriate experiences and features. Cookies are also used to help prevent fraudulent use of login credentials.
Performance And Analytics. Cookies help Glass Canvas analyze how the Services are being accessed and used, and enable performance tracking of the Services. For example, cookies are used to determine if you viewed a page or opened an email. This helps to provide you with information that you find interesting. Cookies are used to provide insights about how users access our sites, such as page views, conversion rates, device information, visitor IP addresses and referral sites.
Third Parties. Third Party Services may use cookies to help you sign into their services from our Services. Glass Canvas also may use third party cookies, such as Google Analytics, to assist with analyzing performance. Any third party cookie usage is governed by the privacy policy of the third party placing the cookie.
Device Identifiers. Device identifiers are used to track, analyze and improve the performance of the Services and any ads.
There are a number ways to limit the cookies that your browser accepts or limit the way in which they’re used.
One way to limit cookies is by opting out of third party cookies/advertising networks, like Google Analytics and the Digital Advertising Alliance. If you are in Canada or the EU you can use the DAAC’s youradchoices.ca, or EDAA’s youronlinechoices.eu respectively. Some people use what are called “Ad Blockers” to limit advertising/tracking.
Another way of limiting cookies is by controlling cookies in your web browser’s settings. Opting out of cookies using this method will limit your ability to use our Services. The Application currently doesn’t respond to DNT:1 signals from browsers visiting our Services.
To comply with legal and financial obligations, we will retain user data for up to seven years after a user profile becomes inactive. If you would like your account to be deleted before then, please contact our support team.

No one under these ages may provide any personal information to the Website. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features, register on the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any screen name or user name you may use.
While Glass Canvas does not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old, data may still be transferred into the system from a 3rd party source such as a parish or school. In some cases, the parish, parents, or legal guardians may choose to enter information into the system in order to complete family and/or sacramental records.
